A range of treatments to “get the flow of Qi going”.
You remain fully clothed and are covered with a cloth.
I massage some of the muscles, trace the meridians, and work the pressure points to stimulate the flow of Qi and to calm the Mind.
A short reflexology session is incorporated at the end of the treatment.
If you’re curious about energy work and want to find out more, then the 1 off session is for you. We use muscle testing to discover answers, to find trapped emotions and limiting beliefs and we use energy to remove them from your body.
Three sessions of energy clearing work best because by the second session you know what to expect, you have a greater degree of trust, and the level of release is deeper.
There is a limit as to how much energy work the body is prepared to do at any one time, so by undertaking to have three sessions, you allow yourself the time to release and integrate energy more fully.
